Autumn, Clouds Drizzling.

Off the 299  – NOv 13, 2012 – Happy New Moon (A Solar Eclipse in the Southern Hemisphere!).  All is well. —  Lovely autumn weather returned, with dancing forest fog, rainy days, cloudy days alternating with occasional sunshine.

Here’s a photo taken earlier today, just after sunset, showing seemingly unmoving high clouds, bringing light drizzle showers, and misty low clouds rolling over the hills in slow-motion gorgeousness:

It may snow again in a few weeks or so, just as it did last week, but it’s really just autumn.    And a nice one at that.  Full-on winter often doesn’t even pound the region with heavy storms until after Winter Solstice.   The Poison Oak still looks colorful in the hills:
