Important correction made to Fukushima vs. Chernobyl

Darn, hate it when that happens… Missed a really important nuance in the fine print of the UNEP Chernobyl map.   But really cool someone paid attention enough to notice and point it out, though.  I have, not just last week, but also in the past (sadly to see this only now…), compared fallout maps that show Cs-134 and Cs-137 combined with fallout maps that show only Cs-137.  The main points made isn’t affected (namely that regional fallout of both nuclear accidents are quite comparable), but it is/was not correct as presented/intended.  See the corrections (work in progress):

Extended Fukushima Fallout Maps – Sept 29 MEXT Release. Fukushima vs. Chernobyl – 2

Again, sorry about the oversight.   [Hat tip to igoddard for pointing out this embarrassing mistake.]
