Boulder, CO – May 8, 2012 - I opened a ‘Pinterest’ account:
http://pinterest.com/journeybeyond/ As a way to get started, I added just one or a couple in each category. I will likely add more categories and play around with this social medium when time opens up for it:

I will have ‘pins’ linking to blogposts and to my coming-soon new online art store, “Journey Beyond”, http://www.zazzle.com/journeybeyond (curently under construction), which will soon completely replace “In The Arts Paradise”. (Better name, higher quality, lower prices!). As part of that reorganization, I’ll have some changes on this blog site soon as well, to make my art more easily browsable through interlinked sub-tabs. (when I get to it…)
In case Pinterest is as alien to you as it was to me a month ago, from wikipedia:
“Pinterest is a pinboard-style social photo sharing website that allows users to create and manage theme-based image collections such as events, interests, hobbies and more. Users can browse other pinboards for inspiration, ‘re-pin’ images to their own collections and/or ‘like’ photos. Pinterest’s mission is to “connect everyone in the world through the ‘things’ they find interesting” via a global platform of inspiration and idea sharing. Pinterest allows its users to share ‘pins’ on both Twitter and Facebook, which allows users to share and interact with a broad community. Founded by Ben Silbermann, of West Des Moines, Iowa, the site is managed by Cold Brew Labs and funded by a small group of entrepreneurs and inventors. It is one of the fastest growing social services in the world.” - Wikipedia: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pinterest - Enjoy!
